- We pick the ones that lead to work for your trade. A re-roof can mean gutters or solar. A new pool can mean fencing, lighting or pavers.
- You get one short email each Monday with a PDF: address, permit type, date and job value, biggest jobs first.
- You get the permits that turn into jobs for your trade. A kitchen remodel shows up for plumbers, electricians and cabinet installers, and a new build shows up for roofers, HVAC and solar.
